John D. Hall, Jr. As Founder and CEO, John Hall, Jr. oversees the overall functioning and growth of @WORK's related brands. "Since the first days of operations, my overall vision has been to create a franchise company that offers unprecedented operational support, but allows the local franchise to make ownership decisions without barriers from the corporate office. It's my belief that it's that philosophy that has been the foundation in the growth we have experienced to date." Joseph Moore Joe Moore has been a part of the @WORK team since it began franchising in 1992. He has served as Chief Financial Officer since that time and provides direct assistance to @WORK franchise ofices through accounts receivable financing and credit management advisement. John D. Hall, III J.D. III's experience in the staffing industry dates back to the mid 80's when his father began establishing multiple privately owned staffing service locations in the East Tennessee area. "This exposure from a young age has allowed the world of staffing to be second nature to me. It's something that I've always been around and know very well." Danny Loveday Danny Loveday, a staff member of @WORK since 1990, oversees the direct day-to-day support and backup that is provided to each of @WORK's franchise owners. Martin Ward Employed by @WORK since 1999, Marty Ward's background and experience in staffing includes ownership of one of @WORK Personnel Services first franchise locations. Marty's ownership and related experience has provided him with the exceptional knowledge to oversee risk management and related operational issues for @WORK's family of franchise locations. Doug Werker Since 1997, Doug Werker has served in a variety of capacities for @WORK and currently oversees all of the franchise sales and development processes including registration, documentation, disclosure and advertising. In addition, Doug performs several internal budgeting reporting and organizational activities for the company. Mike Baumgardner Mike Baumgardner has served in a variety of operational support roles since joining the company in 1998. This experience has given him the direct insights as to what on-going education and developmental programs a franchise owner needs in order to be successful. Kim Baumgardner Since 1995, Kim Baumgardner has served an invaluable role in communications and computer support of @WORK's state of the art AS/400 computer system and disaster recovery processes, as well as innovative field tools such as @WORK's biometric remote time clock. In addition to daily computer support and troubleshooting, Kim oversees on-going system expansion, development and functionality. Robert Mitchell Robert Mitchell serves as the key contact for individuals interested in franchising with @WORK from the initial inquiry through the educational process, Robert provides the information candidates require in order to make an informed franchise decision. Eric Todd Eric Todd provides the vital day-to-day direct support that @WORK Personnel Services offices receive. Through Eric's expertise and experience in the staffing industry, franchise owners receive the backup and guidance required for success. Jason Leverant Jason Leverant provides critical day-to-day direct support that @WORK Medical Services offices receive. It is through his diverse staffing service experience that he is able to assist medical offices in obtaining the goals they establish for themselves. Zina Rutherford Zina Rutherford utilizes her vast experience and background in staffing, sales and legal administration to assist in the coordination of @WORK's various marketing, training and developmental offerings. She is one of the first points of support and contact to new franchise owners and assists each brand leader with the on-going development of the various franchise programs. |
