How Do I Get Started?
There are a few things you want to keep in mind before deciding to start your AtWork® franchise. First, you want to consider the initial requirements, including characteristics, as well as costs to get everything setup correctly.
- Character: When we choose a franchisee, we want to see someone who is driven to succeed and passionate about what they are doing. You should have a commitment to producing the results you need. Be willing to learn and adapt to the training and support we provide.
- Minimum Startup Costs: We require a minimum startup cost of $99,500. With this amount, you are including six to nine months of working capital and the initial franchise fee. The cost to startup may vary depending on the size of your franchise location, the market, and staffing needs.
- Ongoing Expenses: Some of the ongoing expenses that franchisees can expect to pay are the administrative and royalty fees. This equals 6.5%, as well as a chance to discount it to 2.6%.
Are There Any Discounts?
Typically, there are not many discounts offer aside from the possibility of the 2.6% for administrative and royalty fees. However, we do participate in the VetFran program so veterans may be able to receive 20% off the initial franchise fee.
Am I Trained?

In order to ease your mind, we offer initial and ongoing training to help franchisees feel confident in their new ownership roles. Prior to opening your franchise, you will receive a full week of training regarding the advanced technology, monitoring of personnel, recruiting, office operations, and more.
How Do I Make Money?
With the cost of one franchise fee, you can enjoy four different revenue streams to help you earn income. Your goal will be to provide staffing in any of the following industries: AtWork® Personnel service, AtWork® HelpingHands services, AtWork® Search Group, and AtWork® Medical services.
