Completing the Request for Consideration form and submitting it to our franchise development team signals your interest in obtaining more information about @WORK's franchise opportunities. The next step is a preliminary qualification process. Upon approval of your Request for Consideration, @WORK's Disclosure Document will be sent to you.

Disclosure

The Disclosure Document is the primary information tool, standardized by the Federal Trade Commission and your state's authorities. This document includes a comprehensive disclosure regarding @WORK and our franchise offerings.

Staff Interviews

A series of interactive meetings will be set up between you and key @WORK staff members with responsibilities for the franchise program in which you are interested. This enables you to explore operational issues, ask questions and get to know the @WORK professionals with whom you would work.

Franchise Owner Contact

During the discovery process, we will provide you with a comprehensive listing of all franchise offices, their locations and contact information. At this point in the process, we welcome you to contact as many as you would like so that you may discuss their franchise experience.

Discovery Day

After you have thoroughly reviewed the Disclosure Document, had conversations with our staff and franchise owners and have decided you want to move forward, you will be invited to our corporate offices in Knoxville, Tennessee for Discovery Day. Discovery Day will give you a first-hand look at our operations. You will meet our staff and we will explore in-depth with you the franchise you are considering.

Franchise Agreements

Following Discovery Day, and assuming there is a mutual desire to continue, formal franchise agreements will be given to you for review and consideration. These agreements are identical to the sample in the Disclosure Document, but will also define your specific territory and any right of first refusal options you have elected to purchase.

Pre-training Activities

When you have had time to review the Franchise Agreements and have signed and returned them to us, @WORK's training and development department will immediately provide you with the information and materials needed to set up your franchise. Our step-by-step processess will guide you through the components of setting up your business. When you complete the initial training you will be ready to return to your office and offer the services provided by your @WORK franchise.
