John D. Hall, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
John Hall had a vision – to provide exceptional support to franchise owners, while giving them the freedom to make their own decisions. He founded AtWork in the 80’s and has helped it grow into the nationally recognized business it is now.

Chief Administration Officer
John Hall follows in his father’s footsteps in leading staffing franchises. He gained experience from a young age and understands the industry. Together with John Hall, Jr., he’s worked to make AtWork the leading franchise it is today.
President/Chief Operating Officer
Jason Leverant has been key in creating a strong national brand presence for AtWork. He was named the American Staffing Association’s “Volunteer of the Year” in 2016, and has been named in Staffing Industry Analysts “100 Most Influential People in Staffing” for the last 5 years. As the COO, he’s helped develop effective business models, refine recruiting activities, and enhance sales.
Chief Financial Officer
Since AtWork’s beginning, Joseph Moore has been an integral part of the company’s success. He serves as CFO and provides support for accounts receivable financing and credit management at our staffing franchise.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mike Baumgardner has worked with AtWork since 1998 in many supportive roles. He currently serves as the VP of operations, providing unique insight and experience to the franchise owners. Mike used his knowledge and creativity to create successful credit and finance programs.
Senior Vice President of Administration/ Controller
Kim has been with AtWork since 1995. In her current role, she supervises all aspects of the accounting department. Within this role, she provides financial statements, works with auditors, and ensures the integrity of our data for AtWork and all franchisees within our database.
Vice President of Franchise Development
LaToya joined AtWork in 2008 and has over 13 years of staffing experience working with both Randstad and OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half. Her experiences over the years have had her in a variety of roles including business development manager, staffing recruiter, and branch manager of AtWork Medical staffing. During her time in the staffing industry, she has received various national awards for her accomplishments and holds various certifications including Certified Staffing Professional, Certified Contingent Workforce Professional, and Certified Franchise Executive. As VP of Franchise Development Manager, she applies her previous staffing experience to work with new and existing franchise owners and staff to develop solid recruiting and business development strategies.
Senior Vice President of Franchise Development
Larry joined AtWork in 2016 and has over 15 years of staffing experience working with both Randstad and Adecco/Olsten. His experiences have had him in a variety of sales and operational roles from outside selling to running multiple offices in a District/Area Manager role. During his time in the staffing industry, he has received various national awards for his sales accomplishments. As a Franchise Development Manager he applies his previous staffing experience to work with new and existing franchise owners and staff to develop solid recruiting and business development strategies.
Learning & Development Director
Amy Bollinger joined the AtWork family back in May 2014. As the Director of Learning & Development, she is the primary person responsible for the onboarding, and training, of all new members to the AtWork Group. Amy conducts both live (in-person) trainings, as well as monthly webinars. In addition to her training responsibilities, she also heads up all of our special projects, events, and our Franchise Advisory Council. Amy brings over 11 years of staffing, training, and recruiting industry experience with her to the team.
Vice President of Franchise Sales
Cliff Harber serves as the bridge between the complex franchising world and new owners. Since 2014, Cliff has been helping new and potential franchisees with the multifaceted nature of the staffing agency industry. He works with individuals to help them make more informed, knowledgeable choices for their business. In addition, Cliff is also a veteran of the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
