Though many AtWork franchisees come from various roles within the staffing industry, no small number also join the system without experience in a staffing branch. During the intensive, week-long training program, each of these systems are covered in detail, leaving the franchisee and their team members ready to hit the ground running.

Relevant Insurance Training: Because staffing agencies place talent in a variety of work environments, there are a number of insurance requirements that each office must fulfill. Navigating the options can be daunting. However, during the training process, AtWork’s insurance experts take the time to work with the franchisee in order to determine what the right coverage will be, based on their specific areas of focus, easing the burden of researching, applying for, and managing various types of coverage.

Sales and Marketing Training: When the rubber hits the road, AtWork franchisees and their staff members must be skilled marketers in order to effectively promote and sell their services. However, many franchisees don’t come from a sales and marketing background or have been removed from daily sales activities as they climbed the corporate ladder. During the training process, AtWork’s operations team counsels franchisees and their staff members on both effective, industry specific sales strategies and techniques as well as marketing best practices that will help them increase the profile of their new business.
